The gym now runs itself before the 8am huddle

A three-floor gym on Sukhumvit 24 where daily and weekly routines run the reporting and the front desk works from one control room. A clean new site came with it.

01 UnReal OS, the control room The screen the front desk runs from every morning: floor counts, schedule, reply queue, drifting members, money and friction, all before the 8am huddle.
02 24/7 routines, reporting up Daily and weekly routines pull from bookings, members, shop and site, then produce SEO/GEO reports, a newsletter and promotions, reporting to the co-owner group on schedule.
03 One database, not five Bookings, members and shop all read and write to a single Supabase database with row-level security. Class capacity is enforced in the database itself.
04 49 SEO / GEO pages Landing pages built for Google and for the AI crawlers that read a gym before a person does. AI-crawler readiness went from 49 to 100.
05 Socials, kept human The owner still posts to social himself. Everything else was built around that choice, not against it.
06 A clean new site, quietly A clean new site is part of the package: a fast, custom-built Next.js site and shop, replacing a WordPress install carrying 42 plugins and a junk sitemap.
