Privacy / plain English

Measure less. Explain it.

This page describes what the public wilcot.co site sends to other services. Analytics stays off until you allow it. Booking and waitlist services receive information only when you choose to use them.

Analytics

With permission, the site loads Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages help, which routes people take and where the experience breaks. Without permission, those tools do not load.

Separately, the site keeps an anonymous first-party page count: which page loaded, which site sent you there, and whether it was a phone or a desktop. No cookies, no identifiers, nothing stored on your device, no way to recognize you. It lands in Wilcot's own database and is never shared, which is why it does not need a consent prompt.

Your choice is stored in this browser as wilcotConsent. You can change it here:

Booking

The booking calendar is provided by Motion. Opening or loading it connects your browser to Motion. If you book, Motion receives the details you enter so the call can be scheduled.

See Motion's privacy information.

Academy waitlist

The Academy form stores the email address you enter in Wilcot's protected database. Resend delivers a private signup notification to Wilcot. The address is used only to send each new Academy module the day it ships, as promised on the form.

See Resend's privacy information.

Hosting and contact

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel processes request information needed to serve and protect the site.

For a privacy question, access request or deletion request, email hello@piexels.co. This notice describes the public website; client installs have their own data and access arrangements.
